DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION FOUNDATIONS TRAINING AND CERTIFICATE

The ITWNET Digital Transformation Certification aims to provide participants with the latest knowledge and capability to aid digital transformation initiatives within their organisation. 

This two-day course equips mid to senior-level managers with the ability to support an organisation’s progress by preparing them to move to a digital business model. 

The syllabus includes a Foundation and Practitioner level of 2/3 days and a 1 day add-on for each emerging technology.  The program also has knowledge pills (2 to 4 hours webinars) to further deepen the understanding of digitalization.

Business games

Serious business games to support organizational learning and change developed by GamingWorks and facilitated by GÜETCHU.

Professional Business Simulations, or serious games, are interactive workshops in which teams of employees work on challenging issues within a simulated environment. The environment can be the same or a totally different context to the 'normal' working environment. In a simulation each participant will play a role and has specific tasks, responsibilities and authority.

Participants must discuss and agree how they will work together as a team. Our Business Simulations are facilitated by trainers who provide the team with support and instructions and who also helps the team reflect on their experiences and what they have learned.
